ATM
Amount debited from account but couldnt receive cash

I Prateek Srinivasan holder of account no. 0408001500001344 of punjab national bank has withdrawn an amount of rs10000 from my account through SBI atm sector 35 chd on 12th jan at around 11am. since i needed a sum of 5000 more when i entered my next request of withdrawal of 5000 it was declined because SBI atm requires a multiple of 10000's to be entered so i left that atm and went off to other atm to get those 5000rs. But when i did the transaction at the other atm it showed a withdrawal of rs10000 twice while i received the sum of 10000 only once.

i lodged a complaint against this online on 13th jan and got a complaint id 24001385 but my complaint got rejected on 27th jan.

i request u to kindly look into the matter n do something about it.
