ATM Cash withdrawal
Amount debited but cash not received

On 10.05.2009 (Sunday) at 06.35 pm I have withdrawan an amount of 15000/-from my SB Account No. 62061787685 with SBH Vinayaknagar, Nizamabad, from your Petbashirabad ATM (No. S1ACRR04) through my ATM Card N.5044352088100031162. But I have not received the amount. I also have not received the transaction slip. Immediately on verification I found that an amount of Rs.15000/-was debited to my SB account. I request byou to credit the amount to my SB Account.
