ATM(Diebold) Service in SBI(0104) JORHAT branch
Cash not dispensed in ATM but Account debited

From balance of RS. 6862.36 of my A/C i tried to withdraw Rs.3000/- from SBI Jorhat (0104) ATM (ATM ID-S1AC00010401) from my atm card No.6220180019500033352 on 01 july, 09 at 7.29 a.m. but failed. The cash (Rs. 3000/-)does not dispensed in the ATM but Rs. 3000/- was debited from my a/c no. 10501602810. Then i submited written complaint to C.M., Jorhat branch (0104), but said amount of cash has not been credited in my a/c till date. So, please credit the amount of Rs. 3000/- in my A/C as soon as possible and oblige otherwise you will loose valuable old customer
