ATM pin from HDFC bank
Not informing clent and returning it

Sir

HDFC bank had sent a courier through overnite express courier which contained ATM pin on 26/02 with airway bill No; 401544234 which to be delivered at Jolly Grany, Rishikesh. the same courier was received by rishikesh branch of ovenite on 27/02 and returned it back on 28/02 without informing me or the bank. The courier cited out of delivery area as the reason for not despatching the letter to me.

kindly look into the matter.
