Dear Sir/Madam,

I am babu who lives in jai nagar, arumbakkam, chennai 600106

the parlour is in 1st main road, jai nagar arumbakkam. The person who is in charge both husband and wife, ill-treat the customers, both of them do not know any manners. They treat the customers like stray dogs. you can enquire this in our entire jai nagar Arumbakkam.

the best way to find this out is to, go as a naive customer and try to buy some stuffs. ask for the expiry date of the curd, ask for manufacturing date, ask for cover, or dont carry the exact change. if you develop some conversation, he and she will definitely shout at you. important thing is aavin is losing a lot of customers because of these guys.

if you do not take action soon, somebody will definitely sue these guys and aavin in a consumer court

Today also I am hurt by the rude behaviour of the agent in the same avin parlour. This time its his wife..

She gave a 1 ruppee coin which is fully drenched in blue ink, I said pls give a different coin for that she spoke to me in very harsh words and spoke badly in front of a co-customer
