Refund - Electricity Connection not done

I had applied for electricity connection to Power House, Savina, Udaipur-Rajsthan, on 05/03 for my plot where construction work was going on and I had deposited demand note with an amount of Rs.4110.00 wide book no.13730 and receipt no.32 date 05/03. The electricity connecton was not done till one year and two month (till 14month), due to this my construction work on my plot has been stopped and now finally I have changed my mind not to construct the plot hence I do not want the electricity connection. On 18/06, I have applied for the refund for an amount which I had deposited at the time of application for the electricity connection, till today (06/07) daily I am visiting Power House, Savina, Udaipur-Rajasthan, for the processing of the refund and the Asst. Engineer, Accountant Mr. Bhanawat and a clerk Mr. Kishan Singh are daily moving me one table to anather table but they are not processing for my refund.

You are requested to kindly looking into the matter and take an urgent action regarding this and please get the processing done for the refund.
