Regarding Bonus amount

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a employee of MTNL Nehru Place and my salary account is in SBI (Acccount no: 10103630578) Kalyan Puri. Every month my salary transfers from Axis bank to in my account of SBI kalyan puri. Last month (September) I got the bonus which is Rs 11, 000 from MTNL as per my information. But the problem is about the not credited amount of bonus in my SBI account. I don't know where is the problem and whom to contact in this condition. I am not getting the right information either the Axis bank not got the amount from MTNL or the SBI not got the amount from Axis bank or there is any other problem...

So, plz it is my humble request to help me to short out this problem.
