Not received the refund for a cancelled e ticket

I had purchased an e-ticket (Transaction Number :0206936154) from the above mentioned travel agent for the train VIBHUTI EXPRESS (tr no. 2334) from Varanasi to Patna. PNR no. - 2634522794. Date of Journey: 27- April. As the train was more than six hours late I was asked to do TDR for the ticket which I was told meant refunding the ticket. The Travel Agent had then taken my account number and had me assured that the refund amount would be credited to my account within a month after I reach Patna. It has been 4 months since and my money has still not been credited to my account. On enquiring through telephone I am always given false reassurances of getting my money back soon.

The total charges were Rs. 685.13.

Kindly look into the matter.
