Head light

Sir, when i bought my bike i first tested it then it was all ok, but at night when i rode it i found that the my head lamp is not adjusted then i went to the dealer for querry they tried to fix it but they cant after then they saud that it has a manufactring defect that the focus is not correct so the light projects a bend, can u suggest me how to correct that by the company ruls and regulations.
