Claim not received

I have registered the claim against garrage cash claim which i received by getting the suraksha kawach policy by bajaj allianj general insurance .my policy no is-OG-09-9961-00004270 and my claim no is 31289578.but past 7months i had not get response from any one even i called 100 times to all the concerned peoples .i have also get the reference number 31382353 from the customer care but i had not get any claim.please do the needfull.
