Rejection of Hospitalization Claim

This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional handling and rejection of cashless authorization of Health Insurance Policy No: OG-08-8401-00002492 on 20/05.

Following the acute chest and back pain faced by the patient, the diagnosis and treatment of the case (involving 3 days of hospitalization) was clearly stated in the communication from the hospital. Our family had to go through tremendous mental anxiety in the event of the rejection.
