Bajaj Allianze life insurance policy
Policy not received

Hi,

I had purchased a life insurance policy from your company last year on August 27. It was fortune plus size one policy. Policy num 0106599050. You will be glad to know that I have not received the policy till now. I could not find a single person who could helped me in this matter. I had a word with your toll free people, written to you people, spoken to the Sales Manager Gaurav Mahajan million times. Everybody is just passing the buck. Earlier they used to say just wait, then they said the policy was dispatched on 28 august, I Know that too. The best part nobody has the clue abt it and no one is taking the ownership.
