PF & Gratuity not released

Dear Sir,

I resigned from the company on 29/11. On my several follow up they promised for released of gratuity by 15th march after getting it from the LIC. Now without informing me any reason they have put my Gratuity and PF on hold. I wrote a mail to Head HR and CEO they did not reply. Even after my giving reminder to Head HR to let me know the reasons, they are not responding.

I would like to know you that Gratuity paybale to me was deducted from my salary and deposited for future payments so otherwise it is my money only as well as PF too. both were part of CTC.

Kindly help in release of both payments.
