Dear Sir,

I have purchased a life insurance policy from bajaj allianz life insurance, they have forged my sign in the policy refund, i have contacted them and sent mail to them refund of my policy money of 10, 000 Rs still there is no response from them, I have all original document where they have forged my signature.

Kindly help me get my money back
