Bajaj allianz life insurance plan Child 24
Regarding policy no-0012809193

Sir,

I took a plan Child 24 of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Branch Office, 2nd floor, Noor Complex, Opp Civil Lines, PS Gaya, pin code-823001 having policy No-0012809193 dated 10.11.2005 and paying every premium within time but the branch office sent me a letter regarding closing my policy due to non-payment of premium. Then I sent a letter through Speed Post to Branch Manager on 17.06.09 and also attached copy of premium receipt and requested him to inform me. But I did not get any reply regarding above subject till now. Till today there is no confirmation about regularisation of my policy. As the above proof i have to produce for filing of Income Tax Return an earlier action from your side will be highly appriciated.
