Non receipt of NOC & Additional Key

This is to bring to your kind attention that i purchased Bajaj Ct 100 in the month of February (Proposal No. 5933 & Vehicle no. TN 22 AP 1447) under Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd for a tenure of 20 months. I have paid all the monthly instalments regularly as per the schedule given by BAFL. I am yet to get my NOC, additional Key & Cheque Leaves inspite of my repeated visits to BAFL Abhiramapuram, Chennai. Every time i go they take my contact no and never give me any proper information for the same. If such a reputed firm is dodging the customer without giving any proper information the condition becomes pathetic.
