CHEATE BY BAFL USING MY ECS

Daer sir,

I have purchased bajaj discover 135 es (date 03.06.2009) and took finance fromBAFL-PROPOSAL NO 12WCHE00111628my frist emi rs .2417collected from your chennai office throgh rcpt noAF11685253, when we asked why it is not drawn from bank, they said they had some mangement problem and not able to take, emi through ECS, but this month they took two payments from icici dated 05.08.09-rs 2417 and the same month 10.08.09Rs-2417.what is this what proceedure they have, i do not understand, pl let me know if i go to consumer forum, shall i get any help to recover
