About the noc for rc

Hi

i perchased a discover 112 on nov on installment. during this year ur agent come to me for the installment even my account contained sufficient amount.they could not give a reason to justify the matter .then i submit that installment after some of month they informed me that there is three month dues pending.they told me that we will seez ur bike very soon .they said that there is a problem in my sign.after that i had to submit the cash for three installment and ur sitting manager assured me that there will not any panelty .i submit my bank statement to him.after complition once again they asked my bank statement of till the date.now they saying that matter has forwarded to pune .so plz tell me how can i get my noc.
