No response about noc

I bought a bajaj crystal bike and regestered as TN 33 AK 1708 and hypothycated in bajaj finance. i cleared all my dues with out any default in september itself. my account number in bajaj finance was 9474 in erode branch tamilnadu. I asked for noc to clear my hp. But till now there is no response. make arraangements to get my noc to clear the hp as quick as opossible. my contact number is 9750138888.
