Issue of NOC

Sir,

i had bought a bajaj pulsar 180 dtsi ug3 bike and regestered as KA-32 S 6727 and hypothycated to bajaj finance. i cleared all my dues without any default in september itself. For the last four months iam asking for NOC but till now there is no response. i availed loan in gulbarga but now they have closed their office here and time and again iam suppose to go to sholapur for my NOC which still to date has not been issued. Please make arrangements for issuing my NOC as soon as possible..my contact number is 9886668001..
