Extra Payment Deducted

Hi,

I have bought a Fridge on Instalment one year Bck and taken a EMI option from Bajaj Finance. On 31/01 stating my Loan has been Cleared but on 05/02 EMI amount has been deducted from my account. I have not recievd my documents and the Cheques which i submitted while taking the loan. I had been to the Bangalore brach but no one helped me on this.
