Incorrect processing and harrasment

I had bought a fridge from Croma (Kalyan Nagar) and availed a loan on the fridge which was given by Bajaj Finance in the same showroom, i submitted the details to the executive whose name was rakesh and then after two months the massages kept pouring in, The loan executives also had the audasity to tell me I would be in problems if the amount is not paid.
Also their customer service person asked me why im stating in Karnataka if I dont know kannada properly. The blunder that they had done is I have a HDFC bank account and the cheque all the while was goinh to the Jammu & Kashmir bank
