Dear sir,

I shri Ashis Kumar Nayak brought a bike Bajaj Pulsar From Nabadurga Baramunda, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, financed from Bajaj Auto Finance The registration no is OR- 02-AW-8719. The date of purchage is 23/03.

The issue is that the financer do the all the formality in the month of march & they told me that the first EMI (equided monthly instalment) pleased in the month of April 10th of the every month. But the financer did not provied any document to me that which I required after avail a loan. It is on ECS mode but the ecs not properly presenting to my bank account which is salaried account in AXIS BANK NO IS-381010100072104. Now three months gone they did not solve the problem.

Now they are thretening to me that they sease my vechile because I am a non stater. How could I was non stater my money is my account the ecs is not hit in my account.

So Please accept my complain against him.
