Irregularity on ECS Submission

I had purchased a television from Next Shop on finance with Bajaj Finance. After completion of the paper work, I have been told that the installments date will be 15th of every month for Eight Months. I have not received the final papers from Bajaj Finance, the third copy of customers, yet and they have deposited the first ECS on 6th of the month instead of 15th, and it has been returned by my bank due to insufficient funds. The bank has charged me a ECS return charges of 393 Rs. I need to know who is responsible for the ECS return, me or Bajaj Finance???
