Poor service

I had ordered flowers to be delivered a day in advance for my fathers birthday - and put in a note with the order requesting flowers to be delivered by 10 00 am the next day.

Not only was it not delivered by 10 00, there was no sign of delivery even at 5 00 in the evening.

On calling them, a bored voice took my order number and said that it would be delivered 'sometime' in the day.. He wouldnt give me any assurance of time / any time slot.

On trying to explain that teh recipient would not be in the house if the delivery was very late, he thanked me and hung up!

Very disappointing - especially when it's a gift that is being sent. I wish there was a way to make this review on their service more visible.

I know I didnt read reviews on external sites before placing an order with them...
