Bank account problem
Debit from my bank account without my knowledge

I am a savings account holder in kotak mahindra bank, connaught place branch, and i opened this account with an offer from bank in which either i have to keep a minimum balance of rs 5000 or i have to make three transactions from my account each month. i did the transaction for three months on regular basis and then i depositted around 6000rs in my account to which i need not do any transaction on condition basis. but i did operate my account. in the month of january, dated 26th, the bank deducted around 850rs from account. when i complained to the agent who introduced me to this ofgfer and opened my account in this bank, he promised to put back the amount within a period of week, but now its over three months and he still cant keep his words and is delaying me on a day or two terms.

i am a student and i dont have a regular income so i can not afford a loss of 850rs.

how do i get my money back and how do i teach that agent a lesson.
