Unsolicited calls

Hi

This is with reference to the unsolicited calls i am recieving from the Barclay card people for no fault of mine. There was an offer of some VIP offer from this card services and initially i accepted the offer. Thereafter there was three confirmation calls and each time the call was made i wanted them to update my address and they informed me that they will call back when the package is sent to me. I even tried calling on their toll free number 18002337878 or local number 60004444 but each time it was found busy or the waiting time would be more than 10 minutes due to which i got frustrated and wanted to cancel the deal but these people did not listen to me. Now they have charged to my account for the package and the same is not delivered to me. Neither i was contacted. Now these people are calling number of times on my mobile and disturbing me. I want you to look into this matter and register my complaint and take stringent actions against these people.
