Dear Sir

I would like to bring this to your notice that my provident fund statement for the year 09-10, 10-11 & 11-12 is showing same different from what I have calculated in 09-10 my total contribution include employers was Rs. 2, 496.00 / contribution shown in 10-11 was Rs. 16, 044.00 and Similarly 11-12 the figure was Rs. 4, 033.00 That according to my calculation the amount should have been Rs. 22, 573.00 without interest. But I find in the statement only Rs. 21, 147.00 have been credited to my account in two cheque no. 506591 Dt. 19-10 Rs. 16, 047.00 (Claim ID – JHJAM110800001348) and cheque no. 462014 Dt. 19-10 Rs. 5, 100.00 (Claim ID – JHJAM110800001349) so there is a different of Rs. 1, 426.00 with out interest.

You are requested to go through the same and see whether there is any mistake in calculation.
