Respected Sir,

I am Rakesh kumar, lecturer Department of Chemistry NIT, Jalandhar. Actullay the news is that last month on date 4-05, i have bought few things from bata show room (Rs. 1547-00-) near Guru nanak mission chowk at Jalandhar.

That day i have used ATM card to buy the shoes. On that day there is transfer of money from my account but the slip is not be appeared and shopkeeper said to me to pay the charges by cash. I paid the cash but the money is also transfer from my account to the same means there is double payment. So, the thing is that from last month i have visited 3-4 times to Bata showroom but there is no action against that to pay the money to me.

So, there is a request to you please take a proper action. I shall be thankful to you.
