Quality of shoes and terrible customer service

This is to bring to your notice that i am a regular customer of bata we are currently posted in wellington nilgiris.we bought shoes on 11-2 2008. cash memo number 01339.the shoes got spoilt within 10 days .the manager whose duty is to look after the customers is forever on leave .salesman called mr.collin john who is very very rude and has no decency to talk refuses to take any interest in the whole case.i am shocked how such an esteem company employs staff like this.also the number he gave was all incorect he refused blatantly to give the head office number.please look into this before i put this matter into the consumer court.
