Change of footwea

I purchase a footwear from authorised showroom of bata at lajpat nagar new delhi for my wife but unfortunately the size did not match her, i then contacted the authorised bata showroom at srinagar but they refused to exchnge the same stating reason that such facilities cannot be availed.if we talk of any other brands they do have the option of same at their various authorised outlets across the country.

As such i am very disappointed by the service provided by your company.
