Bata- light weight slippers
The slippers get slipped

I have purchased a light weight sleeper on 13-1 of Rs, 79which has a manufacturing defect as it get slipped. I had used this sleepers for three times only and I get slipped for all three times. When I went to replace this sleeper on 9-2 the incharge named Mr. Harish refused to get it changed even after showing the cash memo. The sleepers were also in a good condition but they said that you have used i t and how can they sell it to others, while it is a defected piece how can they sell it to others? At the back of the cash memo it is written that from 16 to 30 days of used period their is a 75% compensation than why they are refusing. If the local quality sleepers are better than BATA?
