The shoes soul got disintegrated from the main body

I took a a pair of shoes from a shop called life style woth RS 750 in kothagudem on 15/09, after week days of its usage, the shoe soul started to show cuts from the main body, after few days the soul got disintegrated from the body, when i reached the shop with complaint, they compelled to reach, they want to send it company for week days, n the issue i raised, how can i replace the shoes, they are meant to play shuttle, so i dont hold one more pair of the same kind, i have asked for some kind of alternative, i felt embrassed with their answer, they want me to complaint with the consumer forum. So my simple question does a penny or rupee worth something in India, i found myself ripped of my money worth nothing but trash after a week days, n i felt that this is a serious problem that customers r mislead and their money is at stake at all times, can anyone do anything about this, or can anyone do justice to common man for the loss of money, i have this strong feeling that i want to reach consumer cell near to my place and i have no idea how to do it, think of educated person like me who is crushing hands for justice, then what about the people in remote parts of India, their money is worth loss. So i plead you to do some kind of justice to customers and let the customers feel to raise their heads and bargain the rite of justice for their goods, instead of nodding the heads with pain.
