BATA Sandal
No replacement for Sandal broken on day of purchase

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased BATA Sandals from M/s. Rashmi Shoes, Opp. Kulkarni Hospital, Station Road, Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai - 400 060. The purchase was made on 12th July for consideration of Rs. 230/-. The sandals broke on the day of purchase and the shopkeeper refuses to change it. It really hurts me to see my hard earned money being wasted on a sub-standard quality product sold by scrupulous vendor, hence, I request you to take cognizance of my complaint.
