Bata Shoe X-sorb
Stitching of left shoe gone

I purchased Bata Shoe from Chandigarh (UT) India of X-sorb about four months back. I donot have formal receipt but the product itself speaks of its identity.

I have kept this shoe for occassional wearing but after five - six time use, the stitching of left shoe has broken and giving a very bad look.

Now a days I am at Ferozepur but the local dealer refuse to entertain my complaint. I think such feed back of complaints help in improving the future production. Such pairs must be got examined from the experts.

I would request you to please direct your local dealer or e mail me a letter to be shown to the dealer to collect my shoe and pass on to your works for examination.

If it comes within your purview of replacement, I may please be replaced with new one. I do not intend to go to chandigarh in the near future and my request may be entertained at Ferozepur itself. Your representative on his visit to Ferozepur (Punjab) India can inspect the defective pair for assessment.
