For cutting a tree at my resident

I am leaving in mathikere no. 193 7th main rd. gokula 1st stage 2nd phase Bangalore -54. I have given a letter twice to Forest department where in sankey road malleshwaram to cut the jack fruit tree which is right front at my home, I dint get any response from them, last year one of tree branch fallen on my car and damaged a Windshield and this year few days back jack fruit fallen on car again the windshield as broken, what if it was fallen on some human being head? already the tree been slightly bend it dont want to fall on the opposite building. Please take this as priority and do me a needful. Thanks in advance.
