Untidy streets

The street of no 15, muniyamma garden, vannarpet, bangalore is very filthy. The persons who are responsible for cleaning the streets in that area do not clean properly. They collect the garbage from homes but do not bother to clean the littered papers/polytene bags etc on the road. there is also the problem of stagnating water right in front of my house. the sagnation of water is due to a uncivic neighbour staying opposite who keeps pouring water every morning, everyday from his compound. The stagnating water is causing a lot of problems. breeding flies and mousquitoes.

i want the area health inspector to visit our street and take appropiate action
