With reference to the above subject I, Neeraj Sharma, would like to bring your kind notice regarding the bed rolls, pillow & napkin given in AP Express train no. 2723/2724.

I am a frequent traveler to Agra from Hyderabad by AP Express & again recently on 15-03-08 I went to Agra & come back on 18-03-08, but day by day I am finding that the bed roll services are getting worst in train. I have traveled almost 4-5 times in last 3 months and every time I am getting bed sheet either with a hole in it or untidy. The pillows are just to keep aside as it so dirty that one can’t use it. They never provide napkin along with the bed rolls. If we ask for napkin 3-4 times than only the boogey attainder provides us the same. Most of my co-passengers also make the similar complaint. I have always asked for the complaint register but the boogey attainder will just hide the things & will bring some good bed sheet & request not to make complaint or will give excuse that the complaint register is some were else.

As an Indian, I am proud of Indian Railways who is growing day by day & is achieving new heights every going year. But it is my kind request to all the higher authorities to also look into this side of the coin where the passenger is suffering due to negligence of some person who is responsible of taking care of cleanses in the train.

It is my request to kindly take sufficient action against the authority that is responsible for all the above things. Kindly consider this complaint from my entire fellow passenger who was traveling along with me.
