Have purchased bed with matreses and side table on 30th June from big Bazar in Zirakpur. Got fitted on 2nd July after many reminders. wrong size matress (6 1/4 in place of 6 1/2 feet) was despatched which has not been replaced so far. side table with maching color was promissed to deliver within 3-4 days, not received till date. Many calls are being made with no attention till date.

I thing I have wrongly chose big bazar for shopping.

What should I do???
