Not running of AC in ac-2 coach

Dear sir,

i and my friend baljit is visiting from moradabad to koderma having confirm reservation in train no. 3308 ganga satluj express. my pnr no. is 235-7652927 of dated april 24th.

from shahjahanpur ac is not running in my compartment. i told coach attendent Mr. Bablu Kumar and the technician Mr. Santosh Kumar to sort out the problem so many times. i ask also with the tte, but he refused me saying that this is some technical problem, we cant help you. at faizabad i told the concerned tte about the same problem but he also not saisfies me.

in this regard i mrequested to you take necessary action against the concerned.
