Estaurant owner acting like local goon

Complain aginst Bhagini Palace restaurant owner, Outer ring road, opp Innovative multiplex.

The restaurant owner is acting like the local goon. He claims all the public place around his restuarant and any other open space belongs to him and does not let anyone else park. Its all public road, but he threatens anyone other than his customers who park. If we do he deflates / punctures the tyre. He has delfated my tyre twice already. There is a building under contruction he will not allow any one to part there too.

This really goondaism simply becouse he thinks nobody can do anything to him. Pls help. he cannot claim public property as his.

hoping for quick resolution to this.
