My account activated on 22/12/08 Membership # 55846953. Passward alloted on 30/12/08. so far no movie deliver to me I have lodged them complaint (compaint # 556243 on 07/01/09). contacted Bigflix over tel on many time (more than 3times)& requested them through Email on 08/01, 12/01 & 13/01/09 complaint not yet sorted out
