Bike insurance
Insurance have not recieved

I have applied for my bike's insurance to one of the Bajaj Capital's office which is located at BTM, Bangalore. However after applying for Bajaj allianz the branch has been closed and shifted to somewhere else in Bangalore.

I have been calling to the branch manager and asking to provide my insurance but he is always telling the papers have been lost during the shifting of the branch. His behavior is also not so good and always blames me why did not you have collected within two days from the previous branch. Its me only who calls him continue but he never does any call and mail as well, though he has my mail id too.

I am fed up with calling him and one agent who did all formalities for the insurance. I have suffered troubled as well many times when the traffic police caught me and charged me some money.

I want my compensation from this guy and my insurance as soon as in my hand. I am furnishing the details below.
