Advance deposit partial refund

I had booked a Maruthi swift (VXI with ABS) vehicle on 24/02 by paying out an advance amount of Rs 20000/- (Reciept no REC08014484) at their Rajajinagar outlet. Against the payment I was assured a red swift which would be delivered during the last week of march /first week of April.

However during the last week of March I recieved a call from their sales executive Mr Darshan that the delivery would be done sometime after the second week of May. At this Juncture I had informed about the loan sanction getting lapsed before 31.03.2009 and my intention to approach other vendors.

M/s R.N.S Motors agreed to immediately deliver the vehicle and I have purchased the swift car through them in the first week of April. Subsequently I have requested for a refund of he advance deposit sometime during the first week of April.after repeated reminders Rs 19000/- was refunded on 9.5.2009 .I am following up for the differential amount whih is yet to be paid.
