I am a 16 year old using Biotique products for the past 5 years as my mom is an avid beleiver in their products.

Yet, i find that of late the colour and smell of Biotique Lip balm (batch number-8009, purchased from Empire stores, Sector 17, Chandigarh) and Wheat Germ (batch number-005, purchased from Bhatia Supermarket, Sector 35, Chandigarh) dont match from one buy to the other. The lip balm shade varies from a red to a dirty maroon and even smells different. The wheta grem cream also varies from a white to a pale yellow.

Shouldnt there be a consistency in their products..??

Please imform me as to why such varations occur..
