Birla Sunlife Insurance
Not received the Certificate Even after One yea

I have taken Birla sunlife Indurnce during July and paid primium Amount of Rs 20, 000.00 in Bangalore Branch. I have not got the Certificate yet & Co is asking for Next Premium Payment. Now they are seeking certificate/ afidavate from Notery, saying that I have Lost the Certificate.

This is horrible with private Insurance Co. One Can expect our situation during Repayment of Insurance amount.

I have Original slips of premium Payment.

Please let us know, whether i can get back this money.

Please also let us know the formaliteis of registering complaints
