Wrong explaination of policy & no refund after cacellation of policy during FREE LOOK PERIOD Even after approx.two months

Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that I was explained about the policy of BIRLA SUN LIFE CHILDREN DREAM PLAN & no brochures are given even after demanding many times from insurance advisor,
and when I received the policy I was surprised that I was alloted FLEXY SAVE PLUS PLAN which have very high premium allocation charges & other charges which was not told by insurance advisor, so I requested to cancell my policy alongwith required original policy & in required proforma during FREE LOOK PERIOD as mentioned in the policy at BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE BRANCH, NERUL, NAVIMUMBAI.But even after reminding many times at call center on 22.07.09 to Ms. Reshma (ref no.008675012), on 21.08.09 to Mr. Anil, and requested to stop ECS payment (first installment from my Bank), no action is taken by company & installment deducted from my bank on 27.08.09.Such type of behavior of insurance advisor & so long time taken by company for cancellation process affects reputation of the so big company. Therefore company should resolve my problem as soon as possible.
