Delayed payment of Dividend

I have Birla sunlife Tax releif 96 Fund, Folio no 1013522351.

I was due for a dividend in Apr 07 which was not received in time by

me and on query i was informed by your Goa office Ms Jeena that the

dividend was not delivered in time and even the Bank details were printed

wrong in the warrant.

I was finally issued with a dividend in June/July 07.

I had made a written complaint to goa office claiming for payment of

losses incurred by me for this delay. In your reply dated 03 july 07 your

office has not given a complete reply to my query and no mention of payment

of compensation for the losses incurred has been made in the said letter.

I have again made a complaint for the same vide complaint no

002083710 dated 15 Nov 07. It is requested that the matter to be resolved

at an early date and i may be suitably compensated for the delay incurred

by your office.
