Blue 651X mobile
IMEI No does not exist

I have purchase a blue mobile phone model no 651X from Vij Gift Collection, Uppar Road, Haridwar. Bill No. 1380 dated 04.06.07. The shopkeeper mentioned mobile IMEI no in the bill. and the above mobile phone IMEI no also printed in the inner side of phone. But when I pressed *#06# the IMEI No on screen does not exists. present 0000000000000000

Due to this problem my airtel service provider block my phone. I have complaint to the shopkeeper through phone and personally but he did not give me any positive response.

So i complaint the consumer forum.

Please submit my complaint and take action.
