Sir,

With due respect, it is submitted that I was working for M/s Blue Star Limited, from 10/05 to 06/02. For this period, the deduction was also made from my salary with assurance of matching contribution from employer side.

The said company is a covered unit under EPF & MP Act, 1952 bearing code no MH/434. Also, this establishment enjoys exemption and monies of PF is entrusted with its own trust.

As already said, I have left the company in feb, 09 and submitted the withdrawal form with the company, no answer I got from the company. However on telephone, it was informed that your claim could not be settled without giving any reason. Also, it was threatened that if I will make approach to anybody, this will be fortified. This is certainly an unsaid illegal attachment of my PF accumulation voilative to the Section 11 of the Act.

Therefore, it is requested you to look into the matter on immediate basis because of my unemployment and economic crisis. It is also requested to initiate prosecution under Section 14 of the Act and para 76 of the schemes for voilating the para 70 of the scheme.

I request you to kindly update me on progress of this case.
